Helping Seniors
Rosanne and Jim have recently crossed over into becoming seniors. Now as official members of the senior community they understand first hand both the physical and emotional needs of their peers. Both Rosanne and Jim specialize in helping seniors who need to sell their houses and/or vacant land so they can move on to a more manageable lifestyle. Combined they have over 50 years of experience selling real estate in the Issaquah and surrounding area. They have many past and present senior clients and would be happy to provide references upon request. The satisfaction of our clients is typified by the comments of Warren Jones:
"I recently sold my home in Issaquah, Washington. Both structure and yard were in poor condition and needing extensive repairs and maintenance. My realtor, Rosanne Powers, performed services far beyond the normal responsibilities of her profession. She contacted and hired gardeners, roofers, chimney sweeps, building inspectors and other tradespeople and managed to turn a mess into a salable property. She also found a buyer, calculated a price, fair to all and consummated the sale. I don't think I could have sold this house in this difficult market without realtor, Rosanne Powers." Rosanne and Jim are still young enough to have the energy needed for all the tasks necessary to sell your property but old enough to have the patience and understanding required for your special circumstances.
Please do not hesitate to contact Rosanne or Jim regarding real estate services with a special consideration for seniors. For your convenience we've provided you with the following helpful links to Senior Resources:
